Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to postpone the service delivery, we will accept a return of service only before 48 hrs of service commencement. Once you write to us on (Mail subject: Refund) a full refund would be made excluding applicable taxes and third-party platform transaction changes. In case you wish to postpone the service delivery, you are eligible to revise service delivery only once. You need to inform us (Mail subject: Change Dates), we would inform you once the next service dates are finalized. Kindly mention the proper mail subject while writing to us. Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed. Since we have a third party managing our transaction, the calculated amount shall be returned through the Google pay account or Paytm account.
